Stage-gated development, from concept to SOP

Development of a new part — e.g. a forged aluminum control arm for a NEV front axle — runs through synchronous engineering with the OEM: concept design, solution design, CAE optimization, verification, then ET/PT builds and SOP. Every stage closes with a gate verified in our CNAS-accredited laboratory.

Process

Four gates between an idea and a production part

60 development engineers run synchronous product development with OEMs, backed by CAD, CAE and PLM systems — from raw-material inspection to bench life testing. No stage is left open when the next one starts.

Development engineers in synchronous OEM design

I–U–R collaboration anchors the team: an engineering technology center, an industrial design center and a postdoctoral research station, with material R&D and component verification inside the CNAS laboratory.

Prototypes and production both draw on the same in-house plant — see the ten processes behind every part.
