ESG & environmental compliance
Hetian runs its Wuhu manufacturing base under a certified environmental management system (ISO 14001) and an occupational health & safety system (ISO 45001), alongside IATF 16949 quality certification (certificate scans) — and keeps its products and export packaging aligned with the EU’s PPWR and EUDR requirements.
Chassis suspension and NVH rubber parts end up under vehicles in more than 50 countries, and the wider that reach, the more concrete the environmental and safety responsibilities become. This page sets out three things plainly: the systems our plants are certified against, where our environmental investment goes, and how EU compliance documentation reaches customers and their import teams.

The environmental management system governing the Wuhu base — energy, emissions, waste and water under one documented, externally audited system. Certified and continuously maintained.

Occupational health and safety management for the people running forging, casting, vulcanization and machining lines — risk assessment, controls and incident reporting audited to the international standard.
Quality
IATF 16949 certified

Solar-powered operations
Rooftops and carports across the base are covered with solar arrays supplying 70% of the base’s electricity, backed by a dedicated investment of RMB 7 million — cutting the carbon footprint of every part forged, cast, vulcanized and machined in Wuhu.
Clean rubber production
Vulcanization is the process neighbours notice first, so it is where environmental investment concentrated: more than RMB 20 million in environmental equipment across the rubber plants — end-of-pipe treatment and cleaner production running together, not compliance on paper alone.
Cleaner, better-run workshops
Production lighting has been converted to high-efficiency fittings, and the machining and assembly shops are organised to 5S and ISO 45001 — walkways, markings and machine guarding maintained line by line.

European customers increasingly ask two regulatory questions before the first container ships. Hetian’s products and packaging are compliant with both — and the paperwork is ready when your compliance team asks.

Natural rubber is one of the commodities EUDR brings into scope. For Hetian’s rubber-to-metal and NVH rubber parts, we maintain EUDR-aligned supply-chain documentation — rubber source traceability and due-diligence information your import team needs for its due diligence statement. Regulation (EU) 2025/40
PPWR — Packaging & Packaging Waste
Export packaging is designed and declared in line with the PPWR’s recyclability and packaging-waste requirements. Per-part packaging datasheets state materials and recyclability, ready for your packaging compliance and reporting workflows.
