A national CNAS laboratory, recognized by the OEMs themselves
The Hetian laboratory is one of the few comprehensive testing centers in China simultaneously certified by CNAS and recognized by OEMs including Jetour, BYD, Geely, Chery, Changan and Leapmotor — a full-chain capability covering material R&D, component verification and vehicle adaptation. The accreditation certificate and OEM recognitions sit on the certifications page.

2019
Year the in-house lab earned national CNAS accreditation
4+1
Laboratories plus an NDT center, from materials to non-destructive testing
20+
OEM lab recognitions alongside CNAS certification
2
National standards co-drafted using this validation chain
Accreditation record: national CNAS laboratory accreditation, first granted in 2019. The CNAS accreditation number (format L + digits) and the accredited scope are on file — provided on request, publication in preparation.
Capabilities
What the lab verifies
Materials
Mechanical properties
Tensile and yield strength on servo testers, hardness by Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell, metallography and optical-emission spectral analysis — every incoming alloy batch verified before it reaches the press.
Durability
Rubber & component endurance
Ball-joint high/low-temperature durability benches, swing fatigue, thermal-oxidative aging and ozone cracking on rubber compounds — reproducing years of road load in weeks of bench time.
Environment
Corrosion & climate
Neutral and CASS salt-spray chambers, temperature-humidity cycling and coating-thickness measurement — verifying the finish survives coastal winters and road salt alike.
Key Instruments
Named instruments, not generic claims
The full equipment list lives on the Testing Equipment page — these are the instruments buyers ask about most.
| Instrument | Lab | What it verifies |
|---|---|---|
| SPECTRO LAB optical-emission spectrometer | Materials I | Alloy composition of every incoming aluminum/steel batch |
| Servo-controlled tensile testers (20 kN / 2 kN / 1.5 kN) | Mechanical III | Tensile & yield strength of materials and small rubber parts |
| Vickers / Brinell / Rockwell hardness testers | Materials I & III | Heat-treatment and surface hardness, HV 0.3–50 up to 3,000 kgf |
| Ball-joint high/low-temperature durability bench | Durability V | Swing-torque life of ball joints and bushings across temperature extremes |
| Salt-spray chambers (NSS / CASS) | Environment II | Corrosion resistance of coatings and finishes |
| ZEISS Axio Imager metallurgical microscope | Materials I | Microstructure and heat-treatment depth checks |
