IATF 16949 certified quality management
Hetian’s quality management system is certified to IATF 16949 — the automotive industry’s global standard for design, production and delivery. The current certificate is valid from 5 February 2024 to 4 February 2027, alongside ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health & safety certifications — every certificate scan on one page.
What the system covers
A process approach from design to delivery: raw-material inspection at incoming, first-article and dimensional validation in the CNAS laboratory, fatigue and environmental testing before release, and batch traceability on the assembly line — every unit leaves with a QR-code laser mark.
Mass-production launch runs on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation: nothing ships before the customer approves the part, the process and the evidence package behind it.
What it means for buyers
Audited, not self-declared. IATF 16949 certification is renewed through third-party audits covering the whole plant — forging, casting, rubber vulcanization, machining and assembly together.
A complaint path with teeth. Initial communication within 24 hours, containment action first, then 5Why and Fishbone root-cause analysis with long-term countermeasures documented — see Quality for the full after-sales flow.
