The in-house mold workshop behind every process
Most factories buy their tooling. Hetian builds it. A dedicated 3,200 m² mold workshop with 32 specialists designs and manufactures the molds for all six major processes in-house — so new parts move from drawing to forging press without waiting on an outside tool shop.

Team
32 tooling specialists
10 designers & engineers, 3 CNC machining-center programmers, 3 fitter engineers and 16 fitters — design, programming and bench work under one roof.
Facility
3,200 m² dedicated workshop
A standalone tooling floor on the Wuhu campus, separate from the four production plants it serves.
Scope
7 mold families covered
Rubber vulcanization, aluminum die-casting, plastic injection, forging & roll-forging, stamping, machining tooling and cold-extrusion molds.

Why It Matters
One tool shop, six processes
Forging, die casting, stamping & welding, rubber vulcanization, machining and assembly — every major process on this site depends on molds and fixtures. Because the tooling is designed and built in-house, product development and mold development run in parallel: strong synchronous engineering capability, from product design to mold design and manufacturing, ready to meet diverse customer requirements.
